New Delhi:- Oppo A78 was launched in India on Tuesday as the company's latest A-series 4G smartphone. The phone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 SoC paired with 8GB of RAM and it runs on ColorOS 13.1 out of the box.

It includes a 50-megapixel main camera, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, as well as an 8-megapixel front camera for selfies and video chats. Oppo A78 comes in two colors in India. It is equipped with a 5000mAh battery that supports 67W SuperVOOC charging.

The Oppo A78 is priced in India at Rs. 17,499 and the phone comes in a single configuration of 8GB RAM + 128GB and storage. It is available in Aqua Green and Mist Black color options and can be purchased through the company's online store, Flipkart, and retail channels.

The recently launched Oppo A78 is a dual SIM (Nano) smartphone running on an unknown version of Android with the company's ColorOS 13.1 skin. It has a 6.42-inch Full HD+ (1080 x 2400 pixels) AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate, powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 680 SoC with Adreno 610 GPU, paired with GB of LPDDR4X RAM.

For photos and videos, the Oppo A78 has a 50-megapixel main camera with a 77-degree field of view and f/1.8 aperture, as well as a 2-megapixel depth sensor with an 89-degree field of view and f/2.4 aperture. It also has an 8-megapixel selfie camera with an 83-degree field of view and f/2.0 aperture.

Oppo A78 has 128 GB of built-in UFS 2.2 storage, expandable via a MicroSD card slot. It supports 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5, GPS and A-GPS connectivity. The device is equipped with a 3.5mm headphone jack and a USB Type-C port. It has a 5,000mAh battery that supports 67W SuperVOOC charging, measures 160 x 73.2 x 7.9mm and weighs 180g.
