Elon Musk's X platform (formerly known as Twitter) saw user Ahsan sharing this incident. He detailed how Flipkart contacted him 6 years after placing the order. A customer care executive inquired about the issue, even asking for a screenshot of the order.

According to the user, the executive apologized after learning that the order was placed 6 years ago and yet to be delivered. He had paid for it via cash on delivery, after which the order got stuck in pending status.

Following this revelation, several users shared their reactions, highlighting their own frustrations with online shopping issues. One individual even shared a screenshot showing their order placed in 2015 still pending.
