After incidents of mobile phones being found in Beechwal Central Jail, the undertrial prisoners started beating the jailer who was patrolling to search the barracks.

According to the information received so far, during patrolling in the Central Jail, Jailer Surjaram Soni is busy in searching the barracks along with the soldiers. Meanwhile, undertrial prisoners Mohammad Sameer, Afrid alias Goli Khan and Shaleh Mohammad started arguing with him and started beating him. 

Reports say that the jail administration is still carrying out a search operation regarding the mobile phones which have been continuously found in the possession of prisoners. The assault with the jailer is also being linked to this campaign. At present, on the report of Jailer Surjaram Soni, a case has been registered in Beechwal police station and action has been started.
