ZEE5 Originals has already released poster of much-awaited web series titled, The Sholay Girl, a few days back. The poster also revealed that the film would start being streamed exclusive on the ZEE5 platform from March 8 onwards. The poster of the film got viral on the internet. Now the makers have revealed the official trailer of The Sholay Girl it has enhanced the excitement of the fans.

 Based on the true life of Bollywood's first stunt-woman, the film takes you through the life chronicles of Reshma Pathan who posed as superstar Hema Malini in several films. Starring Bidita Bag, the film is scheduled to premiere on International Women's Day as a tribute to immense power of a woman .The video also gives a few glimpses into the childhood and family background of Reshma and how she emerged stronger than ever against all odds.

Bidita Bag last seen in Babumoshai Bandookbaaz alongside Nawazuddin Siddiqui and in Netflix's Once Again, starring Shefali Shah and Neeraj Kabi, took training in martial arts for this biopic.

Recently, sharing a sneak-peek of her character on Instagram, Bidita wrote, “It’s going to be an action-packed International Women’s Day on #ZEE5.”

Recently, ZEE5 also released yet another original, The Final Call, starring Arjun Rampal in the lead role. The series is receiving heart-warming reviews from the viewers as well as the critics.
