Nagaur: A newborn was abandoned in a carton at the cradle home of JLN Hospital in Nagaur, Rajasthan. When people heard the baby crying, they pulled out the 2-day-old baby from the carton. The hospital administration and outpost were informed about the recovery of the newborn in the cradle home. Thereafter, the newborn was picked up from there and kept in the NICU ward. The condition of the child is said to be normal. He also had a cannula in his hand.
Informing about the matter, the hospital administration Dr Mularam Kadela said that it is a cannula on the hand of the newborn. The child is wrapped in cloth and kept in a paper cartoon near the crib. The child's condition is normal.
