Azamgarh: A 15-year-old girl was abducted and taken hostage in a room by two youths from a particular community living in Mohalla, who had left for a neighbour's house in a local town in Saraimir police station area of the district. There was a lot of tension between the two communities after the teenager's seizure on Wednesday. In no time, hundreds of people rushed to the spot. On receiving the information, SP Anurag Arya rushed to the spot with the force of several police stations. Calmed people down by assuring quick action. On the other hand, people from several organizations also rushed to the spot as the case was linked to the leader of a Hindu organization.

The child was born in the town of Saraimir to a Saraimir inhabitant. Where the 15-year-old went to urge passers-by to join her in singing songs on the street. Meanwhile, she was abducted by two local youths from a nearby village. When she failed to return home, her family began searching for her, but she was nowhere to be found. On Wednesday, family members learned that the adolescent had been kidnapped and was being held captive in a residence near a holy site. Hundreds of people then broke the house's lock and dragged the teenager out. In a serious state, he was taken to a private hospital in Phulpur, from whence he was sent to the Higher Centre.
