Shimla: On July 30, in the proposed meeting of the State Cabinet, there will be a trial of new rules prepared for transfer of teachers. Due to this, transfers will be shown with the software of HT and CHT cadre of Shimla city. This presentation could not be held due to lack of time in the last meeting of the cabinet. As soon as the state was in power, the BJP government had announced to make rules to transfer teachers through software.

Due to the last two and a half years, many meetings were held regarding this. The model of neighbouring regions was also studied, but the proposal could not be reached. Now the government has again shown interest in this proposal. Recently, most of the ministers appeared to agree with the presentation of the proposal before the cabinet. But before taking the final decision regarding this proposal, the ministers had expressed a desire to see the technique of this technique.

The education department has made complete preparations to show the transfer trials to the cabinet by uploading the data of CHT and HT in Shimla district on software. Due to this trial, a command will be given in the software to transfer some teachers. Ministers will be told how the software will give marks to them and how the new school will be allotted, given all the appointments of these teachers so far.
