Tokyo: The Vulcan S motorcycle's 2023 iteration has been unveiled in India by the Japanese automaker Kawasaki. The vehicle is available in a single Metallic Matte Carbon Gray paint colour and is priced at Rs. 7.1 lakh (ex-showroom).

The bike is equipped with an all-LED lighting system, a 649cc parallel-twin, liquid-cooled engine, and an aggressive design. Here are all of the vehicle's specifics.

One of the most well-known bike manufacturers in India is Kawasaki. The company has a wide range of after-sales services available to it thanks to its agreement with Bajaj Auto.

The Vulcan S, which debuted on American soil in 2017, is still a fierce rival in the sub-800cc cruiser market. The 2023 model keeps the same hardware and design but has some performance improvements.

The 2023 Kawasaki Vulcan S maintains its original design. It features an alloy front and rear wheels, a single-pod headlamp, a 14-liter sloping fuel tank, a rider-only saddle, an underbelly exhaust, a rounded rear fender and an elegant LED taillamp. The motorcycle has a ground clearance of 130mm, a saddle height of 705mm, and a kerb weight of 235kg.

A 649cc, 4-stroke, DOHC, liquid-cooled engine mated to a six-speed transmission powers the 2023 Kawasaki Vulcan S. The mill's maximum output is 59.9 horsepower at 7,500 revolutions per minute, and its maximum torque is 62.4 Nm at 6,600.

The 2023 Kawasaki Vulcan S has dual-channel ABS for better handling on the road, disc brakes on both the front and rear wheels to protect the rider, and disc brakes on both the front and rear wheels to ensure rider safety. The vehicle's suspension consists of a mono-shock unit with preload adjustment at the back and 41mm telescopic forks on the front side.

Priced at Rs. 7.1 lakh (ex-showroom) in India, the 2023 Kawasaki Vulcan S is available. It competes against the Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650 and the Benelli 502C. One Metallic Matte Carbon Gray paint colour is available for it.
