Three time slots have been included in the new feature. This includes 10 minutes, 20 minutes and 30 minutes. If you go to the settings and choose any of these time slots, then after using Instagram for so long, you will get to see a notification on your screen in which you are going to ask to take a break. After which you can take a break. This feature is not going to come by default. It will be mandatory for you to set it yourself. If a user does not want to use it, he will have to choose the off option.
