If you spend too much time on Instagram, this news is going to give you relief. In fact, Intagram has launched the 'Take a Break' take a break feature in India. As the name suggests, now Instagram will  ask those who spend more time on this platform to take a break on their own.

Understand the feature: After the arrival of this feature, now Instagram users will be able to take a break from this platform for some time after spending a certain amount of time. Three time slots have been included in the new feature. This includes 10 minutes, 20 minutes and 30 minutes. If you go to the settings and choose any of these time slots, then after using Instagram for so long, you will get to see a notification on your screen in which you are going to ask to take a break. After which you  can take a break. This feature is not going to come by default. It will be mandatory for you to set it yourself. If a user does not want to use it, he will have to choose the off option.

Therefore, the need arises: Youth are spending a lot of time on this social media platform nowadays. There is also a lot of criticism of the company over this. The company has also faced constant opposition to it in the US. People say that because of Instagram, many young people have become useless in many ways. Given all this, this new feature is going to be very effective for the company. Natasha Jog, Public Policy Manager of Instagram, said at its launch, "The well-being of the youth is important to us and with this feature we can protect them from its more addiction. We have launched 'Take a Break' take a break to give a better experience on this platform for young users and parents. Our goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment on Instagram.
