Palghar: Many heart-wrenching cases come to the fore from across the country, meanwhile an incident is coming out from Maharashtra. In which a man allegedly strangled his wife's lover living separately in Vasai tehsil of Palghar district of the state. Police arrested him early Saturday. Police said criminal Kiran Hinga (29) killed Dinesh Rawate (39) at his house on Friday night.
Giving information about the same case, an officer of the Valiv police station said, 'Hinga lives in Naik Pada in Valiv, Vasai, but his wife had left him. She was in love with her neighbor Rawate and started living with him. The criminal repeatedly requested him to return home, but he refused to do so. Furious on Friday, Kiran Hinga went to Rawate's house at around 9 pm and strangled him to death.
According to the police, neighbors reached the spot after hearing the screams and lodged a complaint with the police. A team of policemen reached the spot and sent the body to the government hospital for post-mortem, he said. He said Kiran Hinga was taken into custody early Saturday. A case has been registered against him under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), and the matter is being investigated.
