Dhar: In Susari village of Kukshi tehsil of Dhar district, at around 2:00 pm on Tuesday, torrential rains flooded the drain in which a milk tanker overturned. Watch the video below, there were 2 people including the driver sitting inside the tanker. Ambulances and divers were sent from Kukshi to the spot by the administration. Recently a video is becoming increasingly viral on social media.

In Madhya Pradesh, the MET department has issued an alert for heavy rainfall in several parts of the state during the next 24 hours. A thunderstorm accompanied by thundershowers is also expected in several divisions. Meanwhile, the Meteorological Department has also issued a red and yellow alert for 15 districts of the state. According to the information received from the Bhopal centre of the Meteorological Department, a red alert has also been issued by the MET department for Khargone, Vidisha, Sagar, Dhar, Barwani, and Alirajpur districts. Moderate heavy rainfall is expected in these districts. Apart from these, thunderstorms with light rain have also been predicted in many parts of Ashoknagar, Indore, Dewas, Ujjain, Mandsaur, Harda, Chhindwara, Jhabua and Ratlam districts.

 

An alert has been issued for moderate rainfall in Sheopur, Bhopal, Raisen, Shajapur, Agar, Alirajpur, Rajgarhra, Sehore, Neemuncha, Guna, Buhranpur, Narmadapuram, Betul and Khandwa. There will also be a cosmic thunderbolt. The state received an average rainfall of  23 per cent between June 1 and July 19, 2022. East Madhya Pradesh has recorded an average of 4 per cent less rainfall and west Madhya Pradesh has recorded 49 per cent more rainfall on average. Moderate thundershowers accompanied by lightning have been forecast over Pachmarhi, Betul, Indore, Burhanpur, Dhar/Mandu, Dewas, Shajapur, Jhabua, and Ratlam, Harda along with mild thundershowers over Narmadapuram, Alirajpur, Sehore, Khandwa, Khargone/Maheshwar and Barwani.
