Avinash Sable and Parul Choudhary, along with other athletes, are set to jet off to the United States for specialized training ahead of the Paris Olympics. The Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports has given the green light to several athletes' requests to train abroad.

Avinash Sable, known for his Asian Games achievements, and Parul Choudhary, both medalists, will be heading to Colorado, USA. They will be training in the high altitude centre of Colorado Springs, under the guidance of coach Scott Simmons.

Meanwhile, wrestlers Anshu Malik and Sarita Mor will be pursuing their training in Japan and the USA, respectively. Anshu Malik will train at Yokohama's Nippon Sports Science University (NSSU), renowned for producing top wrestlers, while Sarita Mor will head to the United States Olympic/Paralympic Training Centre (USOPTC).

Up-and-coming table tennis player Payas Jain will also be honing his skills in Osaka, Japan, under the mentorship of Coach Qiu Jian.

The Ministry, through its Target Olympics Podium Scheme (TOPS), will be funding the athletes' airfare, boarding, lodging, and other expenses, ensuring they have the support they need to excel on the international stage.

In addition to the overseas training, the Ministry has also approved requests from Indian Para-Archers Sheetal Devi, Sarita, and Rakesh Kumar for archery equipment, including compound bows, arrows, and sight scales.
