According to a statement to Mumbai police of Dr. Sujain Walker, who is treating late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rapjuth's disease, the actor was well aware of his illness. In this statement, he said that he was aware of his health, and he felt that he would never be healthy.

The same type of late actor, Hollywood actor David Harbour, was suffering from bipolar disorder. He had said he was 25 when he found out about it. Harbour had discussed in the podcast with Mark Marron that he had gone through Mania during the religious and spiritual phase of his life. Mania means a period when a person can feel more happy, enthusiastic, or sad than usual, and as the mania increases, the person's anxiety can increase and he can be violent. It is also seen by associating it with bipolar disorder.

He further said that there was a time when I felt that I had some special contact with God, while in fact there was no such contact. I suddenly felt that I had all the answers from the world. However, in view of the harbour situation, his parents had admitted him to the mental hospital. Harbour was given tablets for bipolar disorder. At the same time, Horber has opined.
