She made her Bollywood debut in the year 2005 with the film Lucky. She appeared opposite Salman Khan. It was reported that Salman Khan caste her because of her resemblance with Aishwarya Rai. After this film Sneha disappeared from Bollywood and appeared in the film Ishq Bezubaan after about 10 years. Sneha stayed away from Bollywood films during this time but she was continuously working in Telugu films. In the year 2014, her Telugu film Antha Nee Mayalone was released, after this she disappeared.
In the year 2017, Sneha spoke openly about the reason she was away from screens. Sneha said that she was not away from films due to her ill health. She told that she had developed a serious illness ' autoimmune disorder' due to which she could not stand on her feet for more than 30-40 minutes. Sneha further speaking about her condition said, 'Even during this illness, I kept shooting films, due to which it increased further. After a point I was not able to do what an actress is expected to do – run, dance and shoot non-stop. So I had to leave work as there was no point in getting sick every day while shooting.”
On the career front, Sneha Ullal also appeared in the film 'Aryan' in 2006. In this, Sohail Khan played the role of the supporting actress. Then appeared in many films like 'Jaane Bhi Do Yaaro', 'King', 'Click', 'Action 3D', 'Bezubaan Ishq'.
