If there is something to eat in the rainy season then it's the taste of Corn which becomes tastier with lemon and spices. People eat it due to its yummy taste, but do you know that it has medicinal properties? While many things lose their nutritional quality after cooking, the nutrition of Corn increases. It is a good source of carotenoids and vitamin A. Eating it strengthens the teeth. Cold and colds are beneficial. Reduce the problem of anti-oxidant aging present in it. There is very little cholesterol in it, hence the food is also very good for heart health.

You must have eaten corn with lemon and spice on it several times but have you ever eaten a corn chaat? Let's know how corn spicy finger licking chaat is made.

Necessary ingredients

- One bowl granulated grain

- a finely chopped onion

- a finely chopped cucumber

- a finely chopped tomato

- two finely chopped green chillies

- one teaspoon red chilli powder

- one big spoon lemon juice

- a teaspoon licking Masala

- Salt to taste

Method to make the chaat:

first, pour water in a pressure cooker with a roasted corn in medium flame and boil it in two whistles and close the flame. After thoroughly removing the pressure from the cooker, sprinkle the boiled corn granules and keep it in a bowl. Now mix boiled rice gram with onions, cucumbers, tomatoes and green chilies and mix it. Mix salt, red chili powder and chat masala. Add lemon juice from top and mix it again. Now your mouth watering corn chaat is ready to eat.
