Sit down in padmasana or Siddharth and rotate your eyeballs first clockwise and then rotate them anti-clockwise. Repeat the process at least 4-5 times.

With this, blink your eye eyelids at least 20 times without pausing. Then close the eyes and let them rest. Will benefit from doing it twice throughout the day. Focus your attention on something that is kept away from you. At the beginning, do it for up to 5 minutes. The latter can also increase the time. In the meantime, you do not blink your eyelids.
