Lucknow: Minister of State for Jal Shakti department in yo gi government Dinesh Khatik has sent his resignation to Union Home Minister Amit Shah. In his resignation, Dinesh Khatik accused the officers of not paying heed and not getting due respect for Dalits. According to sources, Dinesh Khatik has also sent his resignation to CM Yogi Adityanath and Raj Bhavan. Minister of State for Jal Shakti, Dinesh Khatik has alleged that being a Dalit, he is not heard in the department nor is he informed of any meeting. He alleged that only the car has been given as the right of the Minister of State. Minister Dinesh Khatik has levelled allegations of major corruption in transfer cases.

When Dinesh Khatik sought information from the officers about the irregularities in the transfer, he has not been informed so far. Accusing the Principal Secretary of Irrigation, Minister of State Dinesh Khatik said that he disconnected the call without listening to the whole thing when he called. The Minister has also pointed out corruption in the Namami Gange scheme. In a letter to Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Minister of State Dinesh Khatik has levelled a series of allegations against the officers of his department. He has also sent a copy of it to CM Yogi Adityanath and Raj Bhavan. However, this has not been confirmed at the level of the government and party organisation.

According to sources, Minister Dinesh Khatik, in his letter to Amit Shah, has written that being a Dalit, the officers do not listen to a single thing about him, so far I have not got any work in the department. Being the Minister of State of the Dalit community in the Jal Shakti Department, no action is taken on any of his orders, nor is the information given about the schemes of the Department. The Minister of State for Jal Shakti, Dinesh Khatik, alleged that the officers of the UP Government are insulting the Dalits, the money was wrongly collected in the name of transfer in my Department, after getting a tip-off, when I asked the Head of the Department for the news, no action has been taken by them so far. In a letter to his resignation, Minister of State Dinesh Khatik wrote, "When the Minister of State of the Dalit community does not have any presence in the department, then my work as a Minister of State is useless for the Dalit community. Saddened by all these things, I am resigning from my post." However, his resignation has not yet been accepted.
