2- Due to lack of sleep, health and brain can suffer greatly. So do not settle for your sleep anytime. At least 7 to 8 hours of sleep is necessary in 1 day. 

3- Many people do not eat breakfast in the morning and eat it when hungry. But eating more quantity at one time can cause great harm to your health. So always eat a little bit. 

4- Take plenty of water to keep body tight and hydrate. If you do not like to drink empty stomach water then you can take lemonade. This is a healthy drink, so your body remains energized.  

5- In the summer season, it seems to be cold due to strong sunlight. Never eat cold drinks at all. Drinking cold drinks increases weight. If you feel thirsty, take lemonade and lassi. To keep your body healthy, drink a glass of vegetable juice in the day.
