Here is the recipe of the yummy apple milkshake..Get Ready to Prepare it…. This Apple Milkshake is a very simple regular shake made at home which is healthy and tasty also.Kids will love these milkshakes.We are very familiar with a proverb saying “An Apple a day Keeps the doctor away.

Ingredients :

Apple – 2

Chilled Milk – 3 cups

Almonds – 5

Sugar – 2 tsps

Honey – 1 to 2tsps(Optional)

Method of Preparation :

Soak almonds in hot water for 15mins and keep it aside.

Take a mixer add milk,apples,sugar.Blend it.

If you want you can add honey also.

Pour the shake in a glass.

Crush the almonds into fine powder and sprinkle it on the milkshake.

If you dont like it pulpy,just peel the apples.
