New Delhi:Everyone must have tasted the hot momos steaming in the oven on the side of the road. When these are served with spicy chutneys, their taste is greatly enhanced. However, there is a shocking news for those fond of momos. A few days ago, a Delhi-based man died after consuming momos, following which the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has issued an advisory. If you are also fond of eating momos, then do not ignore the ADVISORY of AIIMS.

AIIMS has said that the medical examination of a 50-year-old man from Delhi who died after consuming momos had revealed that a momo was stuck in his breathing tube, due to which he lost his life. The man died due to suffocation due to momos and neurogenic cardiac arrest. Experts at AIIMS issued an advisory warning those who eat momos. The advisory said that momos are smooth and slippery. If someone doesn't chew momos properly and swallow it, it can cause him to suffocate. So always take special care of this.

Actually, the layer above the momos is made from flour. Bleach chemicals added to flour cause considerable damage to the pancreas, affecting the insulin-producing capacity. Vegetables and chicken used in momos are spoiled by keeping them for a long time. In such a situation, if you consume momos made from these ingredients, then obviously, you will get sick.
