President Trump's directive of Tiktok Ban can be challenged. Tiktok's owner company ByteDance said on Saturday that Trump's executive directive to impose sanctions on financial transactions of short video making application Tiktok will be challenged in court. It was argued on behalf of Tiktok that for the past one year, efforts are being made to talk to the US administration. But no positive steps have been taken by the government in this case. The government is not constantly paying attention to its facts.

Tiktok's owner company ByteDance told Sunday in a separate statement that a lawsuit will be filed on August 24 against the Trump administration officially. Let us know that on 14 August, US President Trump had passed an executive order and worked to stop the financial transactions of ByteDance. Also, the company was advised to consolidate its business from America in the next 90 days. In these 90 days, Tiktok had time to sell his American operations. However, many big tech companies have come forward to buy Tiktok. The names of MicroSoft, Twitter and Oracle are coming to the forefront of Tiktok shopping. But Tiktok's deal with any company could not be finalized.

Before the US, 59 Chinese applications, including Tiktok, were discontinued in the country. But at present, Tiktok had announced not to challenge the decision of the Government of India. Tiktok spoke with the Government of India to resolve the matter with talks. The sale of Tiktok's Indian operations is also under discussion.
