Kolkata: The Mamata government of West Bengal and the central government often clash. BJP and TMC leaders miss no opportunity to attack each other. Kalyan Banerjee, Trinamool Congress MP from Bankura, Bengal, said, 'Narendra Modi came here before 2019. He promised to create a better India. Yes, they fulfilled their promise. Kalyan was holding a rally in his parliamentary constituency, during which he said, 'Just as people die due to the biting of Kali Nagin, similarly people are dying due to Nirmala Sitharaman. The rally was organized by TMC in protest against the increase in petro-prices and personalization of railways. BJP national secretary Rahul Sinha and former BJP state president Rahul Sinha have lodged an FIR against Kalyan Banerjee.
