Kolkata: Before the assembly elections in West Bengal, the Trinamool Congress (TMC) has set the mood to give a tough fight to the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) during Saraswati Puja. TMC has made a tremendous plan for Saraswati Puja in Bengal. Saraswati Puja will be organized on behalf of Trinamool Congress in 18 assembly seats of Hooghly district.

There is a plan to have Saraswati Puja done by the Trinamool Congress in a total of 125 places. The tableau of Goddess Saraswati will also be taken out in Hooghly district. The Trinamool Congress has been facing allegations of appeasement from the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). For the past several years, it has been continuously accused that the Mamata government does not allow Saraswati Puja in West Bengal and many examples of this have also been seen. Where the news of a ban on DJ and immersion processions was received on Saraswati Puja, the BJP was fiercely surrounded by TMC.

This time TMC does not want to give any kind of opportunity to the Bharatiya Janata Party before the assembly elections, so this time the Trinamool Congress is using Saraswati Puja to remove the image of public relations and appeasement. It has to be seen what is the next step taken by the BJP.
