TELENGANA: Revanth Reddy, the head of the Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC), announced on March 2nd that the party is getting ready to start a postcard campaign to protest Rahul Gandhi's exclusion as a Lok Sabha MP.

The TPCC chairman said, "Congress party is preparing to launch a postcard drive over the disqualification of Rahul Gandhi as Lok Sabha MP, as per the orders of AICC President Mallikarjun Kharge.

The TPCC chief gave a briefing on the different initiatives the Telangana Congress planned in response to Rahul Gandhi's disqualification and the document leak issue at the Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC).
We will combat this movement against PM Modi's reign, he declared, "and all the wings of the party, including NSUI, Youth Congress, Mahila Congress, ST Morcha, SC Morcha, and others, will participate in this."
Along with the "Haath se Haath Jodo Yatra," he added, "we are also organising a satyagraha on April 8 in Mancherial,

under the leadership of CLP leader Batti Vikramarka. From April 10 to April 25, we will also stage a movement over the disqualification of Rahul Gandhi. Rahul Gandhi, the head of the Congress, was previously disqualified from serving in the Lok Sabha on March 23 after being given a two-year prison term in a defamation case brought against him due to his remark about the "Modi surname."

"On April 25, we are planning a big protest meeting in Gadwal against CM KCR along with around 1 lakh unemployed youth. The TSPSC paper leak issue is a big scam. The future of 30 lakh unemployed youths is at stake here. Many BRS leaders are involved in this," added TPCC chief Reddy in further criticism of CM KCR over the TSPSC paper leak issue.

"The TSPSC chairman and board members should also be removed, a new committee should be formed, and the TSPSC should focus on holding the exams," he stated. "CM KCR's son KTR should be removed from the minister's post."

Following claims of a question paper leak, TSPSC cancelled the Assistant Engineers (AE) test that was held on March 5 on March 15.

Police detained nine persons on March 13, including two TSPSC employees. The Commission cancelled the exam and postponed more exams set for later this month after the accused was taken into custody.
