The television industry knows Paras Kalnawat well; he became well-known through the programme Anupamaa. The actor portrayed Samar in the critically acclaimed daily soap opera Anupamaa, starring Sudhanshu Pandey and Rupali Ganguly. With his fashionable appearance and endearing smile, he attracted a sizable fan base in addition to receiving praise for his acting in the programme. The actor recently published a post in which he discussed his love of Bollywood films and his sources of inspiration.

Actor and model Paras Kalnawat enjoys wide popularity. In Bhandara, Maharashtra, in November 1996, he was born. In Nagpur, he finished his education. He moved to Mumbai after finishing his 12th grade to pursue his acting career because he had always wanted to be an actor.

The actor wished Sidharth Malhotra luck as Student of The Year celebrated its tenth anniversary in a social media post. He also acknowledged that his film served as an inspiration for his decision to enrol in Saint Teresa School and pursue a career as an actor. In the post, he said, "I don't even know how many times I've watched this movie, but I still groove to the upbeat music from the movie."

He revealed in the post that he forced his parents to watch the movie Student of The Year to persuade them to allow him to move to Mumbai to pursue his career and try his luck.

After relocating to Mumbai, Paras Kalnawat completed his B.Com. via correspondence at the S.K. Somaiya College of Arts, Science, and Commerce in Mumbai. He began taking dance lessons from well-known choreographer Terence Lewis at the same time. Then, to learn acting, Paras enrolled in Barry John's classes.

In 2016, Paras entered and won the People's Choice Award Max Elite Model Look competition, which marked the beginning of his modelling career. For many fashion designers, including Kunal Rawal, Monisha Jaisingh, Manish Malhotra, Narendra Kumar, etc., he also walked the runway. The television programme "Meri Durga" served as his acting debut. He later worked on programmes like "Mariam Khan: Reporting Live," "Aye Zindagi," "Kaun Hai?" and "Laal Ishq," and he was last seen in the Rupali Ganguly.
