Men who eat green leafy vegetables, dark orange and red vegetables, berries (strawberries, blackberries, blueberries) and drink orange juice reduce their risk of losing memory in old age. Research findings show that men who eat more fruits and vegetables 20 years before old age have less problems with thinking and memory, whether they eat more fruits and vegetables later.

Men who consume more vegetables are 34 per cent less likely to develop weak thinking skills than men who consume less vegetables.

Researchers found that men who drink orange juice daily are 47 per cent less likely to develop weak thinking skills than men who do not consume orange juice at least once a month.

Howard University's Boston-based T. H. Changzheng Yuan of the Chang'e School of Public Health said, "The most important part of this research was that we studied participants for a period of 20 years. Our research has revealed more strong evidence that proper catering is important to keep the mind healthy."
