  • Ginger, green chillies, garlic
  • Black pepper powder, cumin, turmeric powder
  • curry leaves, mustard seeds
  • Salt

Method of preparation :

  1. Mix semolina and curd in a bowl and add water to it and prepare the batter well.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, curry leaves, and mustard seeds and fry them.
  3. Add garlic, ginger, green chilli, onion and carrot and fry it.
  4. Add salt, coriander powder, chilli flakes, and black pepper and fry.
  5. Add grated cheese and mix.
  6. Let this mixture cool, then mix it into the semolina solution.
  7. Pour some oil in the pan, pour the mixture and spread it, cover it with a lid and bake on low flame.
  8. After baking well on both sides, Paneer Rosti is ready. Serve it with green chutney or tomato sauce.
