Lucknow: Today is going to be a historic day in the construction of a grand Ram temple in Ayodhya. The construction of the sanctum sanctorum will start from today. CM Yogi Adityanath will lay the first stone for the construction of the sanctum sanctorum today. With this, the Sarvadev ritual, which started on May 29, will end today after laying the foundation stone of the Ram temple. In this invitation has been sent to the jajmans of many provinces. When CM Yogi will lay the foundation stone of the sanctum sanctorum of the temple in the auspicious time, then the use of long-cut stones will start.

For this, stone carving work is going on on a war footing in many new workshops in Rajasthan and Ayodhya. For the first time along with Rajasthan, artisans from Uttar Pradesh have also been engaged in this work. Let us tell you that the work of carving stones in Ayodhya's Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Workshop is going on since 1992. So far, the work of carving on the pillars for the construction of the temple is almost complete. The work of carving the roof stones has also been completed to a great extent. Now the work of carving the beam stones to connect the pillars has started in Ramakarsevak Puram.

Let us tell you that for the first time, a temporary workshop has been constructed for carving stone at this place, in which 15 artisans are working at present, but soon their number is going to be 50. Three such workshops have also been established in Rajasthan, from where the stones are being brought to Ayodhya after carving. Earlier, 70 percent of the stones needed for the Ram temple were carved, but after the Supreme Court's decision, the old model of the temple was expanded. After this the need for carved stones increased, for which work is going on fast. Cement and bars etc. will not be used in the construction of Ram temple.
