Ingredients of Kadhi Kachori-
To make a curry -
oil
A kind of mustard seed
asafoetida
water
besan
Dried powder of mango peel
Red Chilli Powder
Turmeric Powder
To make kachori-
kachori flour
cumin
ginger
garlic
fennel
coriander seeds
Green chili finely chopped
pepper
soaked dal
dry amchur
Red Chilli Powder
Salt to taste
green coriander
How to make- First of all, heat oil in a non-stick pan, add cumin, ginger, garlic, fennel, coriander, green chillies and cottage pepper and fry well. Add the soaked dal, mix and fry well. After this, add amchur powder, red chilli powder and salt and mix. Add coriander leaves and mix well. Now let the spices cool down. At the same time, divide the kachori flour into equal parts, fill each part with a spoonful of filling, make a circle and take a thick kachori bell. Heat the oil in an embroidery. Deep fry the kachoris until golden.
Now take water in a mixing bowl to make it and add a small spoon of besan. Then add red chilli powder, amchur powder and tsp turmeric powder to the spices. Mix it well. Now heat a pan, add oil to it, add rye. Let it shine well on a low flame. It is essential that the mustard seeds sprout well, this will remove its taste. Then add a pinch of hemp to it and cook. Turn off the flame. Now add a mixture of water, besan and spices. Put it on the flame. You let it simmer for 45-60 minutes and once these start boiling add salt to taste. Cook for a couple of minutes. Take the hot curry kachori is ready.
