New Delhi: Today is the 136th birth anniversary of Dr Rajendra Prasad, the first President of the country. He was born in a small village in Bhojpura region of Bihar and he was famous for his simple nature. Today, on the birth anniversary of Dr Rajendra Prasad, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has paid tribute to him. He described him as an incomparable contributor to the framing of the Constitution. It is said that Rajendra Prasad was quite a topper in studies. Many times the teacher's senses were blown away by seeing his copy. There is a one-time story that an examiner wrote in his copy that it is better than the examiner.

Not only this but it is also said about him that he loved to live his life with utmost simplicity. He had habits like sleeping on time, getting up on time. Dr Rajendra Prasad received a master's degree in law in the year 1915. His life was deeply influenced by the thoughts of his mentor Gopal Krishna Gokhale and Mahatma Gandhi and that is why he was very different. Mahatma Gandhi himself was very happy with Rajendra Prasad's serene nature and his ability. The behaviour between Rajendra Prasad Ji and Nehru Ji has never been right. It is said that the decision to renovate the Somnath temple came in the year 1947. His work was completed in the year 1951.
Dr Rajendra Prasad was then invited to the inauguration ceremony. During that time, Pandit Nehru did not want him to go there. He said, 'The President will go there to send the wrong message among the people'. Even after all this, Rajendra Prasad attended the inauguration. During that time he attended the inauguration ceremony and said, "I am a Hindu. But at the same time, I respect all religions. I have also gone to church, mosque, dargah and gurudwara on many occasions." Saying this, he gave the message of maintaining brotherhood among the people.
