New Delhi [India], Nov 28 (NT): The Supreme Court will hear the plea filed by lawyer Manohar Lal Sharma against the magnum opus film, Directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali ‘Padmavati’ on Tuesday.

Sharma is in quest of direction to delete certain objectionable scenes and Content from the movie.

The plea lodged by Manohar Lal Sharma also hunted prosecution of filmmaker and Producer-Director Sanjay Leela Bhansali.

Earlier on November 10, the top court discarded the petition lodged in opposition to the release of Bhansali's Dream Project.

'Padmavati', As per the reports, the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has not however issued a certificate to the film.

The film has been mixed up in a wave of hullabaloo as well as heated discussion ever since it’s beginning.

The Period-Epic drama has a huge star cast including Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh and Shahid Kapoor as a leading actor.

This Star Cast especially Deepika and Bhansali have been shaking hands with protests from different communal groups, including Shree Rajput Karni Sena, for purportedly tampering historical facts. (NT)
