Instead of drinking market soup, make protein soup at home. It is easy to make soup at home. Today we are going to tell you about the soup recipe for cold, which is easy to make. They are also healthy and tasty.

Dal Soup:-
Often people make vegetable soups but pulses also contain a lot of protein and the soup tastes delicious. You can drink dal soup every season. Urad dal and chana dal are used to make it.

Dal Soup Making Ingredients:-
Urad dal, chana dal, onion, tomato, garlic, ginger, green chillies, salt, pepper and garam masala.

How to make dal soup:-
Step 1- First soak one cup of urad dal and chana dal in water for about an hour to make dal soup.
Step 2- Then add a teaspoon of oil to the cooker and cook the finely chopped onions in it. Then add tomatoes and cook.
Step 3- When onions and tomatoes are well cooked, add dal and salt and cook. After cooking, keep it cool.
Step 4- Grind this mixture well in the grinder.
Step 5- Now heat ghee in a pan and forget ginger and garlic well.
Step 6- Add dal paste and add green chillies, pepper.
Step 7- Add about 3 glasses of water and cook for 10 minutes. Add garam masala from the top.
Your dal soup is ready. Garnish with chilli flakes or coriander leaves and serve hot.
