India's wrestler Deepak Punia's foreign coach Murad Gaidarov has been dropped from the Tokyo Olympics. Murad is accused of attacking the referee after Deepak Punia's match on Thursday. Deepak Punia lost 2-4 to San Marino's Miley Najma Amin in the match. Deepak was leading 2-1 at one time, but in the last 10 seconds, Miley Najma Amin fell heavily on the Indian wrestler.

Deepak's defense was excellent throughout the match, but the San Marino wrestler grabbed the Indian wrestler's right leg at the last minute of the match and dropped him to score a decisive two points. After this match, Murad Gaidarov went to the referee's room and attacked the referee who participated in the match. The world wrestling body immediately reported the matter to IOC and also called the Wrestling Federation of India for an immediate disciplinary hearing on Friday.
