Tollywood celebs expressed grief over passing away of Kathi Mahesh

There is a grief in Tollywood industry after actor-filmmaker-critic Kathi Mahesh breathed his last on Saturday at a private hospital in Chennai, numerous Tollywood celebs and his friend has expressed grief over his death. 

The actor met with an accident in the night when his car collided with a container truck, soon after the accident he was rushed to private hospital in Chennai where doctor brought him declared died. He has acted in numerous films and even directed the film Pesarattu which released in 2015. Expressing shock over his passing, Nani wrote on his social media, “Shocked to hear that Kathi Mahesh gaaru passed away. From what I’ve seen, he always tried to encourage films with unique content through his reviews. Strength to his family and friends."

Srinivas Avasarala wrote, “Saddened to hear this. Cannot imagine that we won't be hearing from you again, while Sekhar Kammula wrote, “Shocked with grief.. very very hard to fill the void. A true fighter and a man with a scientific temperament. A voice so rationale that demanded attention. Kathi Mahesh. Left us too soon and too sudden".

Sampoornesh Babu shared a picture of them together and wrote, “So many memories... lost a good friend.” The duo had even acted together in the 2019 film Kobbari Matta. Sammohanam director Mohan Krishna Indraganti expressed wrote, “Shocked and Heartbroken. Will miss you, Mahesh. Will miss your honest insight, frank analysis and our discussions about literature. May you Rest In Peace."
