The Enforcement Directorate in Hyderabad summoned Tollywood star Tarun on Wednesday in connection with an ongoing narcotics and money laundering case.

The actor arrived at work about 10:30 a.m., accompanied by his crew, and was seen entering the office to face interrogation. The actor was previously interrogated by excise authorities in 2017 and was found not guilty in the narcotics case. His finances will now be investigated, and he will be questioned about his suspected link to Calvin, the primary suspect in the case. Despite previously receiving a clean bill of health, the actor's finances will now be investigated for further information. 

Puri Jagannadh, Charmmee Kaur, Rakul Preet Singh, Rana Daggubati, Nandu, and Navdeep are among the Tollywood stars who have been questioned by the ED in recent weeks. According to reports, it would be interesting to watch what action ED takes after all of their financials have been submitted to the court following the questioning. Tarun, like the other celebrities before him, is anticipated to spend part of the day in the ED office. Officials have questioned the previously summoned celebrities for anything between 5 and 10 hours each day. More information is awaited.
