If you talk about State Bank of India (SBI), then the customers availing this bank can lock and unlock Net Banking. Locking a net banking account will disable the account. According to the bank, this facility is only for retail users, corporate users cannot avail this facility.

How to stop internet banking facility
Go to the bank's website. Search for 'Lock and Unlock Users'. Click 'Lock and unlock user'. A new window will open. From the drop-down menu, select the 'Lock User Access' option. Now, enter your details like internet banking username, account number, and captcha code.
Now a new pop-up window will open. A new pop-up will open after you submit the details. Three points will be shown in it.

-if you feel that any unauthorized access/transaction is happening in your account, then you can lock your internet access.

-Any transaction and standing instructions set by the user will be active and there will be no change in these processes.

-Clicking OK will lock your internet access and you will not be able to do any internet banking transaction. After all this, you have to click on OK. Now an OTP (one-time-password) will go to the registered mobile number and email-id. If there is a joint account, OTP will be sent to the mobile number of the primary account holder.

Your Internet banking will be locked as soon as you enter OTP.
Now know the process of unlocking your internet banking facility, first, you have to go to the bank's website. After reaching here, search for the option of 'Lock and unlock users'. Select the 'Lock and unlock user' option. A new window will open. Select 'Unlock User Access' from the drop-down menu. After that, enter your details such as Internet Banking users name, account number and captcha code. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number and email ID. Now the website will ask you if you want to unlock internet banking access 'through banking password' or 'through home branch'. Enter the profile password through the chosen 'Profile password option' and click submit. If you want to unlock your internet banking through the bank branch, then you have to go to your home branch. After entering the profile password your internet banking access will be unlocked.
