The worldwide cryptocurrency market capitalization rose by 3.66 percent to USD1.80 trillion in the last 24 hours, while trading volumes increased by 10.92 percent to USD83.06 billion.
The entire volume in the decentralised finance (DeFi) area was USD14.03 billion, accounting for approximately 16.89 percent of the total 24-hour bitcoin trading volume. Stablecoins accounted for USD69.21 billion in total volume, or 83.32 percent of the 24-hour cryptocurrency trading volume.
On the morning of March 15, Bitcoin's market dominance increased by 0.41 percent to 43.13 percent, and the largest cryptocurrency was trading at USD40,706.24, well beyond the USD40,000 barrier.
Bitcoin gained 1.15 percent to Rs 31,07,915 in rupees, while Ethereum gained 2.77 percent to Rs 2,07,587. Cardano was up 0.88 percent to Rs 63.23, while Avalanche was up 2.52% to Rs 5,432. In the previous 24 hours, Polkadot increased 2.6 percent to Rs 1,421.01 and Litecoin rose 1.1 percent to Rs 8,362.62. Tether was trading at Rs 78.5, down 0.72 percent.
