Cupertino-based tech giant Apple shipped the highest smartphones on the third number with a market share of 10.3 percent. However, the company has seen a drop in 2019 Quarter 2. The company's market share in the 2018 quarter 2 was 11.3 percent.

Xiaomi

Xiaomi's smartphone market share ranked fourth in the 2019 quarter 2 with a marginal edge of 0.9 percent year on year. Its global market share was 9 percent in the quarter.

Oppo

The Chinese company Oppo at No. 5 on the list. The company's market share was 8.1 percent by the end of the second quarter of 2019. Its year-on-year growth has fallen to 2 percent.
