Toyota has stopped two of its vehicles in India, it has been removed from the market forever. We are talking of Toy Etios and Liva. According to the news of recently received sources, both these vehicles have closed in the Indian market and is not being introduced in any new avatar. These two vehicles were brought to the market in the year 2010, both were very popular in the initial year of launch but their demand also decreased with time.

To keep both these vehicles in the market, the company had brought many changes, three times in the life of Toyota Etios and Liva. It was updated three times but only the usual updates were made and no major updates were brought. The Toyota Etios is used by most cab drivers in India, largely due to the smooth engine, better mileage and great space. Due to which it was still in the market. Toyota has sold 9,000 units in 2019 with a drop of 21% of Etios, 17,236 units and 40% drop of Liva hatchback. It is now being discontinued due to the upcoming BS6 emission standard.

These two vehicles are not being upgraded on the basis of BS6 standards, which are going to be implemented in India since April, so it has been removed from the Indian market. After taking both these vehicles from the market, Toyota Glanza will be made the cheapest car of the company.
