Roman Mrochko, the head of the military administration, posted a message on the Telegram messaging app saying, "Today at 11:10 (0810 GMT), the enemy launched another attack on the peaceful residents of our community."

Photos shared by authorities showed a balcony's bloodied floor and a roof hole with debris all over the floor. Oleksandr Prokudin, the regional governor, reported that in addition to the critically injured nurse who had already been reported injured, four other medical personnel had also been hurt.
