Tragic accident in Varanasi, high speed tractor collided with bike, father and son-daughter died

Lucknow: A painful accident took place in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh today i.e. on Wednesday. Here, along with the father riding the bike, the young son and daughter also died in a tractor collision. The accident took place in front of Kodopur Bandhan Lawn in Ramnagar. On Wednesday morning, all three were returning home from BHU hospital after undergoing dialysis along with their son and daughter. The procession of another daughter of the family was to come after 4 days on 21st. But, due to this tragic accident, the atmosphere of happiness has turned into mourning. 

After the accident, the driver ran away with the tractor. Police is trying to nab the tractor on the basis of CCTV footage. According to media reports, Avinash Prasad (65), a resident of Domri, had gone to BHU hospital late on Tuesday night to undergo dialysis along with daughter Jyoti (28) and son Ratandeep (20). After leaving BHU at around 3 in the morning, all three were returning to their home in Domri on the same bike. After crossing the Ganges, a speeding tractor rammed his bike from behind near Kodopur. All three fell down as soon as they collided. Meanwhile, the tractor ran away trampling all three.

In this accident, father Avinash and daughter Jyoti died on the spot. People around took Ratandeep to BHU Trauma Center with the help of police. Ratandeep also died there. Avinash Prasad's elder daughter Preeti's wedding procession was to come only after 4 days on May 21. There was an atmosphere of happiness in the house. Due to the death of 3 people together, the atmosphere of happiness turned into sorrow. Avinash Prasad was originally a resident of Padav located some distance away from Domri and lived in Domri for the last 18 years. He used to do the business of making plastic granules. The police have taken all the three bodies in possession and sent them for postmortem.
