Chandigarh:  A gruesome incident unfolded in Ambala, Haryana, as a mentally unstable man brutally killed his sister on Tuesday, repeatedly stabbing her before fleeing the scene. The accused brother, known to be suffering from psychological issues with pending cases against him, is currently on the run.
