Lucknow: Six people lost their lives in a road accident on lucknow-kanpur highway in UP. As many people were injured in the accident, who have been admitted to the trauma centre of the hospital. The accident took place late on Friday-Saturday night when a tanker collided with a tempo and a tempo in Banthara police station area. The speeding tanker (UP 85 AT 3629) hit while rearsing the tempo (UP 32 CZ 9616) on the Lucknow-Kanpur highway in Banthara police station area on Friday-Saturday night. In this accident, the wheels of the tempo flew away and there was an atmosphere of screaming on the spot. Passersby started evacuating people trapped in the car. On the other hand, the local police were informed. 

By the time the police arrived, many people injured in the accident had died, while one person was found seriously injured. Who has been referred to Lucknow district hospital. At the same time, the bodies of the deceased were sent for post-mortem. The accident has also been reported  to the families of the deceased and the accident caused long queues of vehicles on both sides of the road. The police removed the jam on the highway by sidelining the vehicles.

Also, a case has been registered against the trailer driver and an investigation has been started into the matter. At the moment, the driver of the tanker fled from the spot. Banthara police station said that the trailer (UP 32 CZ 9616) and the tanker (UP 85 AT 3629) collided in front of  Latif Nagar Banthara . Six  people lost their lives and only six were injured. A total of a dozen people were on board the tempo. The deceased and the injured were residents of Atrauli in Hardoi district.
