Food - Take some home cooked food that you can eat early on. For the tour, food that can be eaten for days, like some dry snacks and the ready to eat food. The ready to eat food is easy to prepare and quick as well. You don't need much of your time, simply some hot water to instantly make and eat right on.
With this, you are all set to get going for your trip. You just have to book the tickets and move. But just a reminder, do not take anything in excess quantity. It has to be the only necessary items.
