The aviation ministry has asked air carrier service companies to allow passengers who travel in self-declaration form to say they have not been found corona positive during the three-week period prior to the date of travel. Officials informed the media that there are a large number of people in the country who have recovered from this dreaded virus infection. In order to reduce their discomfort, the need to update the self-declaration form is being felt was. Therefore, the government has told the airline companies a long time ago that passengers now have to tell themselves that they have not been corona positive during the three weeks before the date of travel.

On May 21, the government had made it necessary for all the passengers to tell before the trip that they were not found corona positive during the period of two months before the date of travel. Officials said, "Those who have recovered from the corona and meet the three-week qualification will be allowed to travel by showing the corona recovery or COVID-discharge certificate received from the hospital."

So far 8.2 lakh people have been found infected with Covid-19 in the country. Out of which 5.15 lakh people have recovered so far, which means that India's recovery rate is around 63 percent. 22,000 people have died in India due to this virus. The country resumed operations of domestic flights from May 25 after a gap of two months. These are still suspended on notified international flight services.
