Kolkata: A video of Trinamool Congress (TMC) MLA Idris Ali has gone viral on the internet media, in which it is written on his kurta- I am a man, ED and CBI can not touch me. Ali has also taunted BJP MLA and Leader of Opposition in the Assembly Suvendu Adhikari through the words written on this kurta.

On March 13, during the BJP's Nabanna Chalo (state secretariat march) rally, a video of Suvendu was seen, in which he is telling women policemen, "Don't touch my body, because you are a woman." On the basis of his statement, the TMC MLA has attacked him without taking his name. Ali has spoken about this that there is a BJP leader who thinks that CBI and ED cannot touch him.

Actually, Suvendu was also trolled fiercely by the TMC for his viral video. Suvendu was angered by a woman cop who tried to detain her. On September 13, during the BJP's Nabanna march, Suvendu Adhikari was stopped near the Police Training School in the Hastings area of Kolkata. Barricades were put up to prevent BJP supporters from proceeding towards Nabanna, the state secretariat in Howrah. When some women policemen tried to board him in a police vehicle, Suvendu said, "Don't touch me... You're a woman.''

The officer appealed for the male policemen to be called to talk with him. He said that he was a law-abiding citizen. Following this, the officer was escorted to the vehicle by the Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Akash Magharia. The officer later said that he did not give a strong answer because he respects women.
