REPUBLIC DAY 2025:Â For the first time ever, a tri-services tableau will feature in the 76th Republic Day Parade on January 26, 2025. This milestone event will take place at Kartavya Path under the theme âShashakt aur Surakshit Bharatâ (Empowered and Secure India), showcasing the spirit of unity and collaboration among the Indian Armed Forces. The Ministry of Defence stated in a press release that the tableau highlights the vital role of the Army, Navy, and Air Force in maintaining national security and achieving operational excellence.
The tableau will feature a Joint Operations Room, symbolizing the seamless coordination and communication among the three services. A dynamic battlefield scenario will demonstrate synchronized operations across land, sea, and air, emphasizing their unified efforts.
Indigenous defence platforms such as the Arjun Main Battle Tank, Tejas MKII fighter jet, Advanced Light Helicopter, destroyer INS Visakhapatnam, and a Remotely Piloted Aircraft will also be showcased. These cutting-edge systems underline Indiaâs progress towards achieving âAatmanirbhartaâ (self-reliance) in the defence sector and reflect the armed forces' capabilities in multi-domain operations.
