  • A small amount of oil
  • Jeera (cumin seeds)
  • Mustard seeds
  • Curry leaves

Method:

Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan.

Add the chopped onions and salt to the pan.

Once the onions have softened, add the grated tomatoes, red chili powder, garam masala, fresh coriander powder, jeera powder, and a pinch of turmeric powder. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.

Incorporate the pounded garlic and a little water into the pan.

Stuff the paneer bhurji into the sliced green chilies.

Take another pan and add some oil. Toss in a small amount of jeera, mustard seeds, and fresh curry leaves.
