Bhushan Kumar has been in the news as soon as the matter came to light. Now, in the meantime, the company has issued a statement on his behalf. The statement termed all the allegations as false. In fact, DN Nagar police have registered a case against Bhushan Kumar under Sections 376, 420, 506 of the IPC. In view of this, a statement has been issued by the T-Series.

The statement said, "The complaint filed against Mr. Bhushan Kumar is completely false and denies what is written inside it. It is false that the woman was sexually abused between 2017 and 2020 by cheating on her work.'' At the same time, the statement further reads, "According to our records, the woman has already worked with us in films and music videos. In March 2021, the woman came to Mr. Bhushan Kumar seeking help with one of his web series, which she was about to produce. The money was rejected. After the lockdown was lifted in Maharashtra in June 2021, the woman, in connivance with her partner, started demanding extortion money near the banner of T-Series forcibly.''
The T-Series further said in its statement, "The company had also lodged a complaint against the woman at Amboli police station in Mumbai on July 1, 2021, over the same. In which all these things were mentioned. Audio recordings and some messages were given to the police as evidence. The complaint of rape lodged by the woman is nothing but a case of the same old case.'' At the same time, the company also says that we are considering the matter with our lawyers and will take further necessary law steps.
