Rohit Shetty, who hosts Khatron Ke Khiladi 12, introduces the new week as Mummy special week at the start of the most recent episode. Kanika Mann, who had won the K medal the previous week, had the benefit of skipping any stunt, even those that were elimination tasks.

Rohit makes sure that every Khiladi remembers their mother and screams during their stunt this week, claiming that the stunts will be challenging. Before each contestant starts the task in the next episode of the show, host Rohit Shetty reads them a message from their mother.

The task is described by Rohit. A partner's stunt is the first one. In the stunt, both team members will be thrust onto a platform on a moving truck.

Then, before the truck reaches the finish line, both partners must work together to coordinate and gather as many flags as they can. The same order will be followed by Mohit-Pratik, Jannat-Faisu, and Kanika-Rajiv as they carry out this stunt. After taking the lead, Kanika and Rajiv were successful in catching a few flags.

The stunt was started by Jannat and Faisu, who did a fantastic job. Pratik becomes unsure as Mohit and Pratik start the stunt. They failed to gather any flags. Mohit-Pratik received zero flags, while Jannat-Faisu received nine flags and won the stunt. Kanika-Rajiv received two flags. Fear fanda is given to Kanika, Rajiv, Pratik, and Mohit.

The second stunt will also be performed with a partner, and Tushar-Rubina and Sriti- Nishant teamed-up.

One partner will be placed inside a box filled with marbles for the second stunt. Collect the marble in the mouth and place it in the other box while the other partner is outside. The partner will put the marbles in the box unless he gets the key. The partner will hand the key to the first partner, who will then use it to open all four locks, once they have it. The twist in this scenario is that cockroaches would be inside the box. Nishant-Sriti starts the stunt first and finishes it. Rubina-Tushar successfully started and finished the stunt. It's now time to look at the outcomes. Tushar-Rubina took 3 minutes and 18 seconds, compared to Nishant-time Sriti's of 4 minutes and 27 seconds.
